04 / Expand with demand

Use the first stage to guide later bays or properties. Plan cable pathways and capacity early so the next stage has a clear starting point.

A few practical questions.

Illustrative apartment basement with wall-mounted EV chargers.

Can we start with one or two chargers?

Yes. A staged plan can start with current demand while allowing for future bays. Electrical capacity and infrastructure requirements are assessed first.

Can users pay for their own charging?

A suitable metering and management setup can support usage allocation or paid sessions. We confirm the platform, payment method, tariffs and fees for your chosen package.

What works best for holiday properties?

Longer stays often suit AC charging. We can plan guest access, clear arrival instructions and a consistent approach across several properties, with paid or included charging as appropriate.

Do we need rapid DC charging?

Not every site does. Overnight and all-day parking may suit AC; shorter stops or fleet turnaround can justify DC. The assessment weighs dwell time, power supply and project cost.
